SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Charges are not refundable. Credits for returned merchandise will not include the original shipping charges. Customers are also responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item(s) to SilverDetail
If you are requesting your shipment be sent Ups 2 day or Ups 3 day air the day it ships does not count as one of the shipping days nor does weekends or holidays. These are Ups shipping policies. In most cases orders received by 1PM will be shipped out that same day.
For custom shipping quotes, please contact SilverDetail. Our FREE SHIPPING offers include FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. In some cases, Manufacturer Drop Shipments will be arranged. Additional options will have associated fees for direct cost.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Do not sign for damaged packages before fully inspecting contents. If a product is damaged, please contact SilverDetail within 24 hours. We ship insured, so you are covered.
SilverDetail will accept the return of items within 30 days of the date of the original invoice (some exceptions below). All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the purchasers responsibility. Applicable refund will be processed upon merchandise receipt and inspection
Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for a return and will be issued by SilverDetail for all approved returns. Products returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
Fill this form out and email to email@example.com. We will issue a RMA# and send a form to attach to your return package.

SilverDetail will NOT accept returns in other than ORIGINAL UNUSED condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in original, unaltered condition. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
SilverDetail is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified with product. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been damaged by customer misuse or negligence
